About
Vow Flow Media wasn't a generic pivot into a growing niche. It came from two things — a genuine creative connection to this world, and years spent doing marketing work that mostly generalised problems that deserved to be understood specifically.
Mission
Not more leads. Not louder marketing. Infrastructure that lets a photographer spend less time chasing inquiries and more time doing the work they're actually good at.
Why weddings only
A system built specifically around how couples choose a photographer — the research window, the seasonality, the way inquiries actually arrive — is sharper than a generic marketing system adapted after the fact. Generalists get ignored. A business that only serves wedding photographers and videographers doesn't have to guess at what matters to them.
The founder
Before Vow Flow Media, marketing was freelance and agency work — the kind spread across whatever industry hired next. It's useful experience, but it teaches you to generalise. Wedding photography and videography needed the opposite: an understanding of why a photographer hesitates to raise prices, or why "just run some ads" undersells everything that actually goes into booking a premium wedding. That gap — between generic marketing and a business that lives and dies by referrals and reputation — is what Vow Flow Media exists to close.
What we won't do
Philosophy
Advertising, positioning, follow-up, and reporting working as one connected system outperform the same four things run as separate, disconnected efforts — not because any single piece is more clever, but because each part protects the value the others create.
