Case studies

We're building our first case studies right now.

Vow Flow Media is early — genuinely early. Rather than invent results we don't have, here's exactly what's true today, and exactly how results will be shown once they exist.

Where things stand

If you work with us now, you'd be one of our first Australian clients.

We won't pretend otherwise, and we won't pad this page with vague claims to look more established than we are. In exchange for being early, we ask for two things once results exist — a testimonial, and permission to show your numbers here, specifically. That's the whole trade, stated plainly.

How we think about your problem

The reasoning behind the system, worked through six ways.

Every part of the system exists because of a specific problem it's built to solve. Here's the system itself, then that reasoning applied to six of the most common problems — the same logic that applies to yours.

The five mechanisms

  1. 01
    Premium Couple Acquisition Engine™

Brings qualified traffic in, from two channels running together.

  2. 02
    Premium Inquiry Funnel™

Filters who reaches a consultation, before you ever speak to them.

  3. 03
    CRM & Follow-Up System™

Keeps every inquiry warm until it either books or doesn't.

  4. 04
    Premium Positioning System™

Makes premium pricing read as expected, not surprising.

  5. 05
    Revenue Visibility System™

Shows which of the above is actually working.

Here's how each one plays out against a real problem.

01

Some months are full. Some months are silent, and there's no way to know in advance which kind is coming — relying entirely on word-of-mouth means zero control over volume.

Mechanism 01 — Premium Couple Acquisition Engine™

Meta and Google run in parallel, targeted at premium-intent audiences rather than broad "engaged couples." Traffic stops depending entirely on who happened to mention your name this month.

02

Enquiries come in, but the first question is often the budget, not the portfolio — a sign the traffic and messaging never signaled who the work is actually for.

Mechanism 02 — Premium Inquiry Funnel™

Positioning and qualifying questions do the filtering before a form is even submitted. A mismatch surfaces early, before either side spends time on a call that was never going to convert.

03

Editing and shooting leave no time to answer inquiries the moment they land — a few hours' delay is often enough for a couple to have already heard back from someone else.

Mechanism 03 — CRM & Follow-Up System™

WhatsApp and email respond automatically the moment an inquiry arrives, followed by a structured sequence and consultation reminders.

04

It's common to look at a competitor charging more, with a fuller calendar, and genuinely not understand why — especially when the work is comparable or better. This is almost never a skill problem.

Mechanism 04 — Premium Positioning System™

A review of how current messaging and presentation actually read to a premium couple, with specific recommendations. This is a review, not a rebuild — the goal is making existing work read as premium, not producing new work.

05

Ad spend goes out every month, but there's no clear answer for which platform, campaign, or channel is actually producing bookings. Decisions end up based on instinct.

Mechanism 05 — Revenue Visibility System™

Every inquiry tracked to its source, cost per inquiry calculated, consultation and booking rates visible in one simplified dashboard. Marketing decisions get a number attached to them instead of a guess.

06

Ads on their own, then a better website on its own, then faster replies on their own — each tried in isolation, none of it compounding.

Mechanisms 01–05 — all five, together

This is the actual reason the system is built as one thing rather than five separate services. Acquisition brings the right traffic. The funnel filters it. Follow-up keeps it warm. Positioning makes the pricing make sense. Visibility shows whether any of it actually worked. Each part depends on the one before it.

The format

How every case study will be shown.

The same structure, every time — so a result means something rather than reading like marketing copy.

  1. 01
    The photographer

Who they are, and where their bookings stood before.

  2. 02
    The problem

Specifically what wasn't working, described honestly.

  3. 03
    What we built

Which parts of the system were implemented, and why.

  4. 04
    The result

Real numbers — inquiries, consultation rate, bookings. Not a general claim.

  5. 05
    Their experience

In their own words, not ours.

Being early

What we ask in return.

The system is the same whether you're client one or client fifty — Meta and Google Ads, funnel, CRM, automation, reporting, all included from day one. Being an early client means more direct attention while the roster is small. In return, once there's a real result to show, we ask for two things: a testimonial, and permission to publish your numbers here, specifically. That's the whole trade, stated plainly.
